Filter and search for videos or clips

Filter videos or clips

• In the Videos section, use the filters in the panel on the left to find what you're looking for.
• Filters available include:
  • Task: Shows videos for the selected task.
  • Effectiveness: Shows videos based on the participant's effectiveness (success, error, abandon, or timeout).
  • Camera: Shows videos with or without a camera.
  • Audio: Shows videos with or without audio.
  • Clipped: Shows videos that have clips created or not.
  • Availability: Shows videos that are blocked or not.

To filter videos or clips, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Select Videos from the menu on the left.
3. Select Recording (for fill videos) or Clips (for clips).
   
   
4. Click in the search box to find filtering options.
5. Scroll to a filter option or type your own filter criteria.

Filtering Tips

• Select multiple Filters: Click each one you'd like to apply.
• Using AND and OR
  • In the filters, the operator used between the different options is OR.
  • Between the different filters, the operator used is AND.
• View the number of results that match your filter
  • You can see how many videos or clips match your search in the note below the search field:
  • Filtered Participants - [Number of videos or clips that match]
• Reset filters: Click the X next to Filtered Participants below the search field. The All filter is reapplied.

Search for videos or clips

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Select Videos from the menu on the left.
3. Select Recording (for fill videos) or Clips (for clips).
   
   
4. Enter your search term (For example, Participant ID) in the Search field above the video or clips list.
   
   
   • This field is an instant search and begins showing results as you type.
   • You can see how many videos or clips match your search in the note below the search field:
     Participants - Search Results for: [Your search pattern] - [Number of videos or clips that match]

Remove/Reset a search filter

Click the X at the end of the search field.
