Use these steps to create and manage Highlight reels.

About Highlight reels

• Highlight reels allow you to compile clips and share them in one, easy-to-watch package.
• To create a Highlight reel, first create clips that can be added.
• Highlight reels can be shared with stakeholders who do not have access to UserZoom via a public link.

 

 

Create a Highlight reel

To create a Highlight reel, first, create clips.

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Select Videos in the left menu.
3. Go to the Clips tab.
   
4. Find the clip you’d like to add, and click the three dots in the Action column.
   
5. Select Add to Highlight reel.
   
6. Click +New highlight reel.
   
7. Enter a name for the Highlight reel.
   
8. Click Add Clip .

 

 

Edit the Highlight reel name

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Select Videos in the left menu.
3. Go to the Highlight reels tab.
4. Find the Highlight reel you’d like to edit, and click the three dots in the Action column.
5. Select Edit reel.
   
6. Make your changes.
7. Click Save .

 

 

Add clips to an existing Highlight reel

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Select Videos in the left menu.
3. Go to the Clips tab.
   
4. Find the clip you’d like to add, and click the three dots in the Action column.
   
5. Select Add to Highlight reel.
   
6. Choose the Highlight reel where you want to add the clip.
7. Click Add Clip .

 

 

Reorder clips in a Highlight reel

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Select Videos in the left menu.
3. Go to the Highlight reels tab.
   
4. Click Play next to the Highlight reel you’d like to reorder.
   
5. In the right menu, click the three dots next to the name of the Highlight reel.
   
6. Choose Edit.
   
7. Click and drag the clip to the new desired location.
8. Click Save changes.
   

 

 

Play a highlight reel

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Select Videos in the left menu.
3. Go to the Highlight reels tab.
   
4. Click Play next to the Highlight reel you’d like to reorder.
   

 

 

Share a Highlight reel

Highlight reels can be with stakeholders who do not have access to UserZoom via a public link.

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Select Videos in the left menu.
3. Go to the Highlight reels tab.
   
4. Find the Highlight reel you’d like to share, and click the three dots in the Action column.
   
5. Choose Share reel.
   
6. Click Copy link . This allows you to paste the link in an email or chat to share with stakeholders.

 

 

Download a Highlight reel

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Select Videos in the left menu.
3. Go to the Highlight reels tab.
   
4. Find the Highlight reel you’d like to download, and click the three dots in the Action column.
   
5. Choose Download highlight reel.
   

 

 

Delete a Highlight reel

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Select Videos in the left menu.
3. Go to the Highlight reels tab.
   
4. Find the Highlight reel you’d like to delete, and click the three dots in the Action column.
   
5. Choose Delete highlight reel.
   
6. Click Delete highlight reel again.
