Play clips from the Video Player (Session Replay)

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Select Videos from the menu on the left.
3. Go to the Clips tab.
   
4. Scroll to the clip you'd like to play.
5. Click Play next to the clip name.

Play a clip from the parent video

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Select Videos from the menu on the left.
3. Go to the Recordings tab.
   
4. Click Play at the beginning of the video row.
5. Go to the Clips tab at the top right.
   
6. Scroll to and click the clip you'd like to view in the list.

Mark a clip as viewed/not viewed

Marking a clip as viewed/not viewed only impacts the clip status at the user level. Other account users will not see viewed/unviewed changes made by other users in the study.

To mark a clip as view/unviewed, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Select Videos from the menu on the left.
3. Go to the Clips tab.
   
4. Scroll to the clip you'd like to mark viewed/unviewed.
5. Click the check box next to the clip name.
   
6. In the pop-up at the bottom of the screen, click either:
   Mark as viewed
   
   or
   Mark as not viewed.
   
   
   Pro Tip: To mark multiple clips as viewed/not viewed, check each box next to the clip you'd like to change.
