About videos
- Videos are grouped by a participant and sorted by Participant_ID in descending order.
- Videos may take 30-40 minutes to become available depending on their length.
- If a significant amount of time has passed and the video is still processing, contact us.
- Due to the video requirements, some participants may not have a video.
Play a video
- Go to the Results section of your study.
- Select Videos in the left menu. The Session Replay screen displays.
- Select the Recordings tab.
- Scroll to the participant video you'd like to view.
- Click Play next to the Participant ID to view the full video.

Participant
Shows the participant ID. -
Recording
View the Task number (For example, Task 3 = T3) -
Effectiveness
Shows the outcome for each Task: Success or Error

Duration
Length of the video. -
Date
Date the video was recorded. -
Segment
Segment the video belongs to. -
Information
Shows the availability of Clips or Notes for the recording. -
Actions
- Shown as three dots .
- Gives you these options:
- Download a video
- Download notes
- Download transcript
- Mark as viewed
- Delete video
Mark a video as viewed/not viewed
Marking a video as viewed/not viewed only impacts the video status at the user level. Other account users will not see viewed/unviewed changes made by other users in the study.
To mark a video as viewed/not viewed, follow these steps
- Go to the Results section of your study.
- Select Videos from the menu on the left.
- Go to the Recordings tab.
- Scroll to the video you'd like to mark viewed/unviewed.
- Click the check box next to the participant ID.
- In the pop-up at the bottom of the screen, click either:
Mark as viewed
or
Mark as not viewed.
Pro Tip: To mark multiple videos as viewed/not viewed, check each box next to the video you'd like to change.
