Download a clip from the Video Player (Session Replay)

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Choose Videos in the left menu.
3. Go to the Clips tab.
   
4. Check the box next to the clip you'd like to download.
   
5. In the pop-up at the bottom of the screen, click Merge clips & download.
   

Download a clip from the Clip Player

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Choose Videos in the left menu.
3. Go to the Clips tab.
   
4. Click Play next to the clip that you want to download.
5. In the right column, click the three dots to open the options menu.
   
6. Click Download.

Download a clip from the Video Player

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Choose Videos in the left menu.
3. Go to the Recordings tab.
   
4. Click Play next to the video.
5. Go to the Clips tab in the right menu.
   
6. Find the clip you want to download.
7. Click the three dots to open the options menu.
   
8. Click Download.

Download multiple clips in one video

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Choose Videos in the left menu.
3. Go to the Clips tab.
   
4. Check the box next to the clips you'd like to download.
   
5. In the pop-up at the bottom of the screen, click Merge clips & download.
