Delete videos and video clips

Delete a video

• Videos can be deleted for all study types except for Moderated Studies.
• Moderated Studies:
  • Exclude the participants you don't want to see in the Videos section.
  • If you absolutely need the video deleted, we're here to help.

To delete a video, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Select Videos in the left menu.
3. Make sure you're on the Recording tab.
   
4. Scroll to the full video you'd like to delete.
5. Under Actions, click the three dots . 
6. Select Delete video.
   
7. In the new pop-up, click Delete recording .

Delete a video clip

From Session Replay

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Select Videos in the left menu.
3. Go to the Clips tab.
   
4. Find and click the clip you'd like to delete from the list. This opens the video player.
5. In the top right, click the three dots next to the clip name.
   
6. Select Delete from the list.
   
7. In the pop-up, click Delete clip .

From the video player

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Select Videos in the left menu.
3. Make sure you're on the Recording tab.
   
4. Scroll to the full video with the clip you'd like to delete.
5. Click Play .
6. When the video play opens, select the Clips tab on the right side.
   
7. Find the clip you'd like to delete.
8. Click the three dots . 
9. Select Delete from the list.
   
10. In the pop-up, click Delete clip .

Delete multiple videos

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Select Videos in the left menu.
3. Check the boxes at the beginning of the row of each video you'd like to delete.
   
4. In the new pop-up at the bottom of the screen, select Delete videos.
   
5. In the pop-up, select Delete X recordings (X=number of videos selected).
   

Delete all videos

1. Go to the Results section of your study.
2. Select Videos in the left menu.
3. Make sure you're on the Recording tab.
   
4. Click the box next to the Participant column to select all videos.
   
5. In the new pop-up at the bottom of the screen, select Delete videos.
   
6. In the pop-up, select Delete X recordings (X=number of videos selected).
