Use these steps to download a video. |

✅ Plan Availability: All Plans
👥 User roles: Owner, Admins, Researchers, and Collaborators
For more information, see our article on how to find your plan and user role.
- Go to the Results section of your study.
- Select Videos
in the left menu.
- Make sure you're on the Recording tab.
- Scroll to the full video or task video you'd like to download.
- Under Actions, click the three dots
.
- Select Download video.
- Find your downloaded video in your normal download location.
- Videos are downloaded in .mp4 format.
