On this page:
Add a new page
- Go to the Study Builder section of your study.
- Go to the questionnaire.
- Scroll to the bottom of the window.
- Click + New Page .
Add a new question
- Go to the Study Builder section of your study.
- Go to the questionnaire.
- Add a new page, if needed.
- On the page, click + New Question .
- Choose the question type.
- Configure the question.
- Click Save.
Add an existing question
Using this option allows you to add multiple questions at a time.
- Go to the Study Builder section of your study.
- Go to the questionnaire.
- Add a new page, if needed.
- On the page, click Add Existing Question .
- Choose In the present study and In another study.
- Select the question(s).
- Click Copy.
Duplicate a question
- Go to the Study Builder section of your study.
- Go to the questionnaire.
- Hover over the question you want to copy.
- In the options that appear, click Duplicate Question .
Edit the page title
- The title of a page in a questionnaire is blank by default and not shown to participants.
- When you add a Page Title, it is shown to participants.
To edit the page title, follow these steps:
- Go to the Study Builder section of your study.
- Go to the questionnaire.
- At top of the page, click the Pencil next to the page number .
- Enter the title of the page.
- Click Save.
Edit a question
- Go to the Study Builder section of your study.
- Go to the questionnaire.
- Hover over the question you would like to copy.
- In the options that appear, click Edit Question .
- Make the changes to the question.
- Click Save.
Reorder pages and questions
- Go to the Study Builder section of your study.
- Go to the questionnaire.
- Click Reorder .
- In the modal window, drag and drop the pages or questions where you'd like them:
- Collapse: Click Collapse to hide all questions on each page. This is handy when reordering pages.
- Expand: Click Expand to view all questions on each page. This is handy when reordering questions.
- Click Save.

Delete a page
- Logic or conditions may need to be deleted before deleting a page.

Be careful deleting a question that has already collected data.
- When the question is deleted, all corresponding data is also deleted.
- If you no longer need to show this question/page as opposed to deleting it, skip it using Logic or Conditions.
To delete a page, follow these steps:
- Go to the Study Builder section of your study.
- Go to the questionnaire.
- Click Delete Page .
- Confirm the action in the dialog box.

- Confirm the action within the dialog box.
When questions have to be on their own page
- In Screener Questionnaires, all questions have to be on their own page.
- These question types also need their own page:
- Tree Testing Question
- Screenshot Click Testing Question
- Screenshot Timeout Question
- Video Question
