About Screeners
- Screener Questionnaires ask participants initial questions to check if they fit the desired profile needed for your study.
- Participants who don't meet the requirements can be disqualified.
- You can save your screener to the Screener Library to reuse it in other studies.
-
By enabling the Advanced Screener option (Not available for Unmoderated Basic Usability Tests and Moderated studies), you can:
- Skip screener questions by adding conditions to them
- Add Screener Groups and Quotas to your screener
- As a best practice before launching your study, test your Screener to verify it works as needed.
- Basic Usability Tests and Moderated studies allow a maximum of 5 screener questions.
Legacy Screeners (created before May 25, 2022)
- The ability to create a new Screener with the Legacy Logic (Next/Screenout/End Screener) ended on May 25, 2022.
- Existing Screeners with Legacy Logic can be edited, updated, and launched as part of your study until November 2022.
- We recommend updating to the new Screener format for the best experience.
Limitations
- For Basic Usability Test & Moderated studies, the Screener Questionnaire is limited to a maximum of 5 questions.
