About study privacy
- New studies created by any user are visible to all members of the user's default team.
- You can make a study private or share it with other users and/or teams.
- Setting a study to Private means only the Owner and Admins can see it.
- By default, accounts only have one team called All users that everyone belongs to.
- Admins can create more teams to control the visibility of studies in their accounts.
- Admins see all private or shared studies.
View who has access to your study
- Go to the Monitor section of your study.
- Click Share Settings on the left side.
- In the modal window, under Who has access to this study, view users with access to your study.
Make a study private
✅ Plan Availability: All plans
Only the study Owner (the person to whose name the study is assigned) and account Admins and Owners can view this study when it's made Private.
- Go to the Study Details section of your study.
- Under Privacy, select Private.
Share your study with Users or Teams
✅ Plan Availability: Corporate, Essentials, Professional, International, and Premium
- Go to the Monitor section of your study.
- Click Share Settings on the left side.
- Under Account Directory, click the Show dropdown.
- Select either Users or Teams.
- Choose Users or Teams to give access to.
- Click Add Users or Add Teams.
- Click Save.
Remove study access
✅ Plan Availability: Corporate, Essentials, Professional, International, and Premium
- Go to the Monitor section of your study.
- Click Share Settings on the left side.
- Under Who has access to this study, find the person or team you'd like to remove.
- Click the Trash Can icon next in the delete column.
- Click Save.
