Clear study data

Use these steps to clear study data.

Plan Availability: Essentials, Professional, International, and Premium
👥 User roles: Owner (any study) and Researchers (only their own studies)

  • Clearing study data removes all data collected by the study.
  • Only Owners and Admins can clear study data for all studies.
  • Researchers can clear study data only for studies assigned to their name.

 

To clear study data, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Monitor section of your study.
  2. Above the Activity Summary area, on the left, click Clear Data.

  3. In the Clear Data window, type CLEAR in the Type CLEAR box.
    • Non-SSO users: Enter your password.
    • SSO users: No password is needed.
  4. Click Clear.
