Restrict a study based on device, browser, or operating system

1. Go to the Study Builder section of your study.
2. Click the Settings  in the left menu.
3. Select Restrictions.
4. Under Devices/Browsers, uncheck the devices, browsers, and/or operating systems participants can't use to take the study. Pro Tip: Options below are available when each device type is selected and vary by study type.
   • Desktop/Laptop:
     • Do not allow
     • Allow all desktop browsers (Only available for Surveys, including unsupported browsers.)
     • Allow only:
       • Mozilla Firefox 82+
       • Apple Safari
       • Google Chrome
       • Microsoft Edge
       • Internet Explorer
   • Phone: 
     • Do not allow
     • Allow only:
       • iPhone
       • Android
   • Tablet:
     • Do not allow
     • Allow only:
       • iPad
       • Android
5. Click Save.
