Find your UserZoom plan and role

Learn how to find your account's plan and role.

Find your role

  1. Click your Username at the top right corner.
  2. Select Account Settings in the drop-down menu.
  3. Click My Profile in the left menu.
  4. Look for your role in the User Type field.

 

 

Find your account's plan

All Users

  1. Log in to UserZoom Manager.
  2. Click the Chatbot at the bottom right.

  3. Ask "What is my plan?"

Pro Tip: The chatbot will give you the name of your account's plan. Refer to the section below to know whether your plan is a "Quick Start" or an "Enterprise" plan.

 

Admins and Owners

  1. Click your Username at the top right corner.
  2. Select Account Settings in the drop-down menu.
  3. Click Account Information in the left menu.
  4. Look for your role in the Your Plan field.

Pro Tip: The Your Plan field gives you the name of your account's plan. Refer to the section below to know whether your plan is a "Quick Start" or an "Enterprise" plan.
