Update My Profile information

Use these steps to update My Profile information.

Plan Availability: All Plans
👥 User roles: Owner, Admins, Researchers, and Collaborators

Update permissions

Owners and Admins

Can modify these options for all Researchers and themselves in the Users & Teams section:

  • Email Address
  • Last Name
  • First name
  • Team
  • User Type

Owners and Admins can also reset other user passwords in the Users & Teams section.

 

Any user

From the My Profile section, Researchers can only modify the below for themselves:

  • Update their Timezone
  • Change their password
  • Activate/deactivate Two-Step Verification

 

Access the My Profile section

  1. Click your Username at the top right corner.
  2. Select Account Settings in the drop-down menu.
  3. Click My Profile in the left menu.
