Change your own password

Users who access with a username and password can use these steps to change your own password.

Password requirements

  • Only users who sign in with their username and password can reset their password.
  • Passwords must meet current security requirements.
  • Owners and Admins can also reset other user's password.

 

 

Change password

  1. Click your Username in the top right corner.
  2. Select Account Settings in the drop-down menu.
  3. Click My Profile.
  4. Under Password, choose Change Password.
  5. Enter the old password first and then the new one twice.
  6. Click Continue.

Pro tip: You can also use the forgot password option in UserZoom Manager.
