- Star Rating questions measure user satisfaction using a scale ranging from 2 up to 10 stars.
- Star Rating questions are a scale type within Rating scale – One Answer (Horizontal) Questions or Matrix - One Answer per Row Questions.
To configure a Star Rating Question, follow these steps:
- Create a Rating scale – One Answer (Horizontal) Question or Matrix - One Answer per Row Question.
- Choose Rating Stars as the Scale type.
- Change Star color or Number of Stars.
