About duplicating a study

  • If you already have a study created of the same study type in your account, you can copy it to create a duplicate version.
  • All settings defined in the original study are available in the new one (questions, tasks, study settings, etc.).
  • Further customization can be made to the copied study.
  • There are some limitations when copying Advanced UX Research studies from Desktop to Mobile Web and from Mobile to Desktop Web.
  • The device type has to be selected during the copying process.
    • The device type doesn't have to be the same as the original study.
    • This is a workaround for when you want to change from desktop to mobile or mobile to desktop for a study.
