Use these steps to a Text Only Question. |

Open Text Only questions present participants with a text-only field with no associated questions. Use it to let participants know how they need to proceed.
- Go to the Study Builder section of your study.
- Go to the task/questionnaire in particular.
- Click Add Question.
- Select Text Only.
- Use the WYSIWYG Editor to add question text.
- Insert images to the question, if needed.
- Click Save.
