Rating scale – One Answer (Horizontal) Question

Use these steps to configure a Rating scale – One Answer (Horizontal) Question.

The Rating scale – One Answer (Horizontal) is a scale question where participants select one answer.

1. Go to the Study Builder section of your study.
2. Go to the task/questionnaire in particular.
3. Click Add Question.
4. Select Rating scale – One Answer (Horizontal).
5. Use the WYSIWYG Editor to add question text.
6. Enter the possible answers.
7.  Add an 'Other' field, if needed.
8. Configure these options, if necessary:     
   • Add a 'N/A' column.
   • Add a comments box.
   • Insert images to the question.
   • Set the exporting variable name for the question.
   • Choose the mandatory options.
   • Set up the column choices for the question.
9. Click Save.

Star Rating question

• To create a Star Rating question, choose Rating Stars as the Scale type.
• By choosing this option, you can choose:
  • Star color
  • Number of Stars
