Choice – Multiple Answers Question

Use these steps to configure a Choice – Multiple Answers Question.

The Choice - Multiple Answers question is a closed question that allows participants to select multiple answers from a list.

1. Go to the Study Builder section of your study.
2. Go to the task/questionnaire in particular.
3. Click Add Question.
4. Select Choice - Multiple Answers.
5. Using the WYSIWYG Editor, enter your question in the Question Text box.
6. Enter the possible answers.
7. Add an 'Other' field, if needed.
8. Configure these options, if necessary: 
   1. Add a comments box
   2. Add images to the question.
   3. Pipe the response into another question text.
   4. Set the exporting variable name for the question. 
   5. Add the mandatory options.
   6. Set the randomization options.
9. Click Save.
10. Additional question settings can be configured once the question is inserted.
