Matrix - One Answer per Row Question

Use these steps to configure a Matrix - One Answer per Row Question.

The Matrix - One Answer per Row question is a series of two or more questions where participants choose one answer per row from within a matrix.

1. Go to the Study Builder section of your study.
2. Go to the task/questionnaire in particular.
3. Click Add Question.
4. Select Matrix - One Answer per Row.
5. Use the WYSIWYG Editor to add the question text.
6. Enter the possible answers.
7.  Add an 'Other' field, if needed.
8. Configure these options, if necessary:    
   • Add custom labels.
   • Add a comments box.
   • Add images to the question.
   • Set the exporting variable name for the question.
   • Add the mandatory options.
   • Set the randomization options.
   • Set up the column choices for the question.
9. Click Save.

Star Rating questions

• To create a Star Rating question, choose Rating Stars as the Scale type.
• By choosing this option, you can choose:
  • Star color
  • Number of Stars
