Overview

Share a test, including all corresponding sessions, with a member of your team. There are three options you can choose:

    • Share
    • Publish test
    • Share/Publish session

Let's learn about each one below.

Share test results

  1. From the main dashboard, select the Options (three dots) menu next to a test.
  2. Select Share, and a new dialogue box will appear.

Publish test results

In addition to sharing the results within the app and via Slack, you can publish your test results to generate a link that allows your team to access the results.

  1. From your main dashboard, or after clicking the name of the test you want to share, select Publish test.

  4. You can share this URL with members of your team, and they will be able to view the sessions and completion status when they access the test link.

Note: Published test results will expire after 30 days. However, the test creator (or someone in their workspace) can re-publish/share the test again after the expiration date.

Share/Publish test session

Lastly, you also have the option to share an individual session from a completed test.

  1. Go to the Sessions tab of your test.
  2. Select the Actions button next to the session you want to share.
  3. Choose Share video to share the session via email or another platform (like Slack or Microsoft Teams).

Security permissions when sharing

You can choose the sharing permissions for each asset (that is, for each video, Highlight Reel, or clip) before sharing with others, including via email or Slack.
