About sharing with non-team members
- When sharing a video, clip, or highlight reel with someone outside the account, you'll want to see if there's an Anyone with the link option associated with the asset.
- This option allows someone, who is not a member of the account, to view the video, clip, or reel without having to log in.
How to share with non-team members
- Navigate to your test.
- Select the Sessions tab.
- Locate the specific contributor session you want to access.
- Once inside the video player, select the Share button.
- A Share video dialog box appears.
- Click the drop-down and see if the Anyone with link setting appears.
Notes:
- If you see the Anyone with link option, you can copy and share the link with anyone.
- If you don't see the Anyone with the link option, your account admin has restricted access to the video to only account members.
How to change share settings
- Only admins can change the Require account member to view assets setting.
- To share clips with individuals outside your account, you'll need to ask your admin to adjust the access restrictions.
- Even with the Require account member to view assets toggle turned off, the Anyone on this account setting is still available should you still wish to restrict access.
Admins, to change who can access assets, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Selec the Security tab.
- Toggle on or off Require account member to view assets.
