About the Excel export

Exporting your completed test to Excel allows you to:

  • Quickly search for keywords across multiple test participant responses.
  • Copy results for reporting and presentations to partners.
  • Share the file with others on your team so that they can scan for interesting points.

How it works

Export a whole test

  2. From the test list view, click the Options (...) menu and select Export to Excel.
Alternatively, from the Sessions tab, click the Actions button and select Export to Excel.
  3. Once your export is ready, you’ll have the option to download the file. The file will also be emailed to you for your reference.

Export an individual session

From the Sessions tab of your test, click the Actions button next to the session you want.
Alternatively, go to the video player of the session, click the share button, and select Export to Excel.
