What devices can the people I invite via Invite Network use?
- iOS: Any version of iOS 12 or newer.
- Android: Any version of Android 5.0 or newer.
- Regular Recorder:
- Windows: 7 or newer
- macOS: 10.7 or newer
- A high-speed internet connection for a smooth upload of your completed test.

What if contributors can't launch the screen recording software?
Common cause
Most launch issues are due to contributors being behind a firewall or on a restricted network.
Things to try
Ask contributors to:
- Change to a different computer or network (if available).
- Take the test on an open or guest network.
Why didn't the UserTesting iOS/Android hand off the email they signed up with?
Ask contributors to enter the same email they used earlier. When they enter this email address the test will autostart.
Why are contributors seeing this error: "We could not find a session for that email address."
- Depending on when your contributors accepted the test, our system may need them to enter their email again.
- Ask contributors to go back and click the link they were provided and input their email again.
- If they get an error again, recommend trying another email address.
- Users have 30 minutes to start the test once they've entered their email.
- Alternatively, disable the collection of emails when setting up an unmoderated Invite Network test for desktop users. (This option is not available for mobile tests).
Why are users seeing a "We have all the feedback we need for now!" screen?
Cause
All available slots for your test have been filled.
Things to try
- You could add additional contributors to your test and have them try again, or let them know you'll invite them to a future test.
- When sending out invitations, consider how many open slots you have in your test and how likely it is that all the individuals you invite will take the test.
Can my Invite Network join the UserTesting Contributor Network?
- Yes! Anyone can apply to join the UserTesting Contributor Network.
- After joining the UserTesting Contributor Network, you can:
- Invite users to join your Custom Network.
- Add your favorite contributors to a saved network if you want to test with them repeatedly.
What other resources can I point my contributors to?
- For additional support, point your contributors to the Contributor Help Center.
- If they are having immediate problems:
- Ask them to contact Support via this form.
- Tell them to include "[Invite Network]" in the subject line. This allows our Support team to quickly identify these users.

- Ask them to contact Support via this form.
