Hide imported tags

  • Only Tags imported from other integrations can be hidden.
  • While imported tags cannot be fully removed, they can be hidden via the Hide Tag function to control their visibility within the workspace.
For example, your integrated customer support ticketing system may have its own taxonomy that works for customer support but may include extraneous elements not relevant to your EnjoyHQ taxonomy.
  • When tags coming in from integrations are hidden, these imported tags will not be visible in Documents, Highlights, Charts, and search filters.

To hide imported tags, follow these steps:

  1. Click your initials at the bottom left to open the menu options.
  2. Under Research Ops, select Tags.
  3. Click the View dropdown and select Imported Tags (From Integrations).

  4. Select Hide Tag for the tag you'd like to hide.

Leverage hidden imported tags in Rules

  • Even after being hidden, automation Rules can still leverage hidden imported tags in their scoping queries.
  • This allows EnjoyHQ tags or properties to be applied to imported content without polluting your EnjoyHQ taxonomy with redundant or unneeded classifications.
