About Feedback Tabs

Configure a Feedback Tab segment

  • A segment can only collect data through one recruiting method: Invitation Link, Feedback Tab, or Site Intercept.
  • Create a new segment to collect this data or modify an existing unused segment.

To configure a Feedback Tab segment, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Recruitment section of your study.
  2. Add a new segment or choose an unused segment.
  3. Optional: In the Feedback tab box, click Show setup options show_setup_options.jpg to see:
    • Tab text box:
      • 30 character limit
      • Feedback is the default Tab text and is automatically populated.
      • This field can be changed to anything you'd like the tab to read.
    • Preview window: View a preview of your Feedback tab.
    • Code box: Contains the Javascript code that has to be copied to your site code.
