About Feedback Tabs

- Feedback Tabs are commonly used to measure customer satisfaction and NPS (Net Promoter Score).
- For the Feedback Tab to appear on your site:
- Add the Javascript code for the corresponding study and segment.
- Make sure you launch the study and the segment is active. If the study isn't live or the segment isn't active, the Feedback Tab will not appear on your site.
- Only one Feedback Tab can be triggered at the same time on a site.
- To know which page the user left feedback for, use different segments in the same study.
- You can also Restrict domains that trigger a Site Intercept or Feedback Tab and/or Restrict a Site Intercept or a Feedback Tab to only trigger in specified pages.
