Reminder you'll receive
- Moderators and Contributors receive automated email reminders with session details.
- These ensure everyone is prepared before the meeting starts.
Moderators will receive:
- A confirmation email when the session is scheduled
- A reminder email 1 day before
- A reminder email on the day of
- A reminder in Action items on your dashboard
Contributors will receive:
- A confirmation email when the session is scheduled
- A reminder email 1 day before
- A reminder email on the day of
Joining the Live Conversation
Moderators
- The Join Live Conversation button appears 15 minutes before the session starts.
- Clicking the Join interview button launches Zoom.
Colleagues (Co-moderators and Hidden Observers)
- Join through the link in your email
Contributors
- The Contributors’ confirmation email for the interview includes a link to download and install Zoom.
- If the contributor didn't download and install Zoom prior to the meeting start, they’ll be prompted to do so once they select the Join interview button from their email.
- Contributors also have the option to join from their browser.
After the session ends
Moderators will receive an email once a session is complete and available to watch on the platform.
