People page: Exporting user details

What's new?

• To address growing customer demand for easier access to user lists, we've added an Export button to the People page.

• This feature enables admins to quickly generate and download an Excel report containing detailed user information, eliminating the need for time-consuming manual work.
  

• This enhancement improves the functionality of the People page, streamlining account management tasks and supporting more efficient workflows.

• ⚠️ Note: This feature is only available to Admins on Flex subscription plans.

How it works

• Eligibility:
  Only Admins will see the Export button on the People page.

Export Process:

1. Navigate to the People page.
2. Click the Export button (visible only to admins).
   
   
   
3. A loading modal will appear, indicating that the export request is being processed.
   
   
   
   
4. Once the request is successfully submitted:
   1. A confirmation toast will appear, confirming that the download has started.
      
   2. A downloadable Excel (.xlsx) report will be generated directly in your browser.
      
      
5. If an error occurs during the process (e.g., server failure, query timeout, or file generation issue), an error toast will be displayed with appropriate messaging.
   
   

Report details

The exported file includes two sections:

1. Account Summary Table
   An overview of your account, including:
   
   
   • Total members
   • Creators
   • Viewers
   • Creator roles available
     
     
2. User Details Table
   A row for each individual user in the account, including:

• Name: Account member’s full name
• Email: Member’s email address
• Admin Status: True if the user is an admin; otherwise, False
• Account Role: Either Creator or Viewer
• Number of Workspaces: Total number of workspaces the user belongs to
• Workspaces: Comma-separated list of all workspaces they are a part of
• Last active: Date the user was last active
• Account creation date: Date the user created their UT account
