About rating
- After your Moderated session, you have the option to rate the quality of the session.
- This rating/feedback goes directly to the UserZoom Moderated team to provide an understanding of the product and technical quality of the session and help highlight any ongoing issues.
- Remember, this is rating the diagnostics and technical experience and not the participant's performance.
- After the session, you'll see this pop-up:
Rate a Moderated session
- Conduct and end your moderated session.
- Review the pop-up that appears after ending the session.
- Choose the star rating that best reflects your experience.
- Optionally, enter any specific feedback in the text box below your rating.
- Click Submit feedback.
