About Matrix question results

• Data collected by Matrix - One Answer per Row and Matrix - Multiple Answers per Row questions is found in the Results section of your study.
• This data is organized in both charts and tables.

Matrix - One Answer per Row questions

• The chart shows for each row of the matrix a mean based on the answers of all participants.
• The table shows for each row of the matrix:
  • The number of participants who chose a scale point.
  • A column with the mean value for each row (on the far right).
  • A column with the total number of participants who responded (on the far right).

Matrix - Multiple Answers per Row questions

• For each row of the matrix, the chart shows the number of participants per item in each row. For a clearer visualization, each item in a row is shown in a different color.
• For each row of the matrix, the chart shows the percentages and the number of participants (in parentheses) who selected each item in the row.
• Things to remember:
  • This question allows multiple responses per row.
  • The percentages represent the number of people who chose this option out of the number of people who gave an answer in this row.
