Welcome to the closed beta for QXscore! We are excited to have you join this exclusive group of users who will help us shape the product's future. During this beta phase, you will gain early access to the Interaction Test, allowing you to explore its features and provide feedback to improve the functionality before launch.
This document outlines the beta phase's pricing structure (rate card).
What is a Session Unit (SU)?
- In the Flex plan, UserTesting tracks the testing capacity used on the platform.
- Session Units (SU) are unit-based metrics that help you get the most value from every test.

* Surveys do not include recorded videos of the participant. All other test types include video.
** The short test feature must be selected before the test launch. Participants may end short tests after 5 minutes.

Contributor type
- Under Contributor type, find Session rates by network, such as the UserTesting Contributor Network, Custom Network, or Invite Network.
Note: Keep standard tests within 20 minutes. Tests lasting longer than 20 minutes usually produce lower-quality responses because of contributor fatigue.
