How EnjoyHQ syncs CheckMarket surveys

New survey responses will be synced from CheckMarket once per day.
Only survey responses with comments will be imported (responses with only scores and no comments will not be synced).
All written responses will be imported into EnjoyHQ along with their Net Promotor Score, Sentiment, CheckMarket Tags, and additional Metadata.
Updates to CheckMarket Tags will be synced up to 7 days after the response was submitted. For example, if you get a CheckMarket survey response on Monday and add Tags to the response within CheckMarket on Friday, this update will sync to EnjoyHQ. However, if Tags are added within CheckMarket to responses more than 7 days old, the newly-added Tags will not sync to EnjoyHQ due to limitations with the CheckMarket API.

Open the Settings menu.
Select Manage integrations.
Choose the CheckMarket integration.
Log in to CheckMarket in another browser window and copy the API Key from your CheckMarket account's settings.
Return to EnjoyHQ to paste your CheckMarket API Key into the API Key field, and then click Connect to integrate your CheckMarket account.

- Once your account is connected, we will begin syncing all your existing NPS survey responses and new responses will be synced to EnjoyHQ as they come in.
- This integration will also import any Tags that are added to the responses within CheckMarket, so we recommend aligning the names of any CheckMarket Tags to any similar ones used in EnjoyHQ to prevent introducing duplicate Tags.

The Sentiment of imported NPS survey responses is automatically assigned based on the score of each given response.
