How EnjoyHQ syncs Delighted surveys
- New survey responses will be synced from Delighted once per day.
- Only survey responses with comments will be imported (responses with only scores and no comments will not be synced).
- All written responses will be imported into EnjoyHQ along with their Net Promotor Score, Sentiment, Delighted Tags, Customer Profiles, and additional Metadata.
- For Delighted surveys that include additional questions, single-selection and multiple-choice question responses will be imported as both Properties and Document content, while open-ended question responses will only be imported as Document content.
- Updates to Delighted survey responses are synced up to 7 days after the response was submitted. For example:
- If you get a Delighted survey response on Monday and assign Tags to the response in Delighted on Friday, this update will sync to EnjoyHQ.
- However, if Tags are added in Delighted to responses more than 7 days old, the newly-added Tags will not sync to EnjoyHQ due to limitations with the Delighted API.
- After your account is connected, EnjoyHQ begins syncing all your existing NPS survey responses.
- New responses will be synced to EnjoyHQ as they come in moving forward.
- This integration imports any Tags that are added to the responses within Delighted, and multiple-choice and single-selection question responses as Properties.
Pro Tip: We recommend using the same Tags in Delighted Tags and EnjoyHQ Tags, and any multiple-choice and single-selection questions in Delighted and EnjoyHQ to prevent duplicate Tags or Properties.
Connect your Delighted account
- Open the Settings menu.
- Select Manage integrations.
- Choose the Delighted integration.
- Log in to Delighted in another browser window and navigate to the Integrations section.
- Select EnjoyHQ from the options and then copy the Delighted API Key.
- Return to EnjoyHQ to paste your Delighted API Key into the API Key field, and then click Connect to integrate your Delighted account.
Sentiment
The Sentiment of imported NPS survey responses is automatically assigned based on the score of each given response.
