Experience Research Program
Take a break from being the researcher and be the participant for a change! When it comes to the future of UserTesting, no one is better suited to provide meaningful feedback on our products and features than you, our customer.
By joining the Experience Research Program, you can:
- Influence and improve UserTesting products, including UserTesting, UserZoom, UserZoom GO, Testapic, and EnjoyHQ
- Get a sneak peek into our ongoing projects
- Gain early access to new features and enhancements
- Collaborate with our team to help solve industry-specific challenges.
- Receive optional incentives (For example payments to your PayPal account)
Sign up
Sign up for the Experience Research Program by completing this form. We’ll then invite you to take part in our research via email. You’re not obligated to take part if it’s not a good time and you can unsubscribe at any time.
UserZoom Ideas Portal
On the UserZoom Ideas Portal, we capture suggestions for improving current features and ideas for new ones. Aside from submitting new feature requests, you can vote for ideas already posted by other customers.
Sign up
- Type Ideas Portal in the Chatbot or go directly to https://ideas.userzoom.com/.
- Click Sign up.
- Enter the following:
- Email address
- First name
- Last name
- Click Register.
- Open your email and look for the UserZoom Ideas Portal Verify email.
- In the email, click Verify email address and create password.
- Enter your password in both the Enter Password and Confirm password boxes.
- Click Change password.
- Follow the steps below to Add an idea.

Add an idea
- Type Ideas Portal in the Chatbot or go directly to https://ideas.userzoom.com/.
- Log in.
Important note: Your Ideas Portal login is not tied to your UserZoom login credentials. If you don’t already have an Ideas Portal login, you can click the link on the login page to sign up. Having issues? We're here to help. - Click Add a new idea at the top left.
- In the dropdown, Choose a workspace for your idea:
- EnjoyHQ
- Mobile & Extensions
- Moderated
- Participant Experience
- Platform
- Recruitment
- Results
- Study Builder
- Enter a brief description of your idea in the Your idea field.
- Provide the details of your idea in the Please add more details box.
- Choose a category for your idea. Options vary base on the workspace you've chosen.
- Click Share idea.
Vote for an idea
- Type Ideas Portal in the Chatbot or go directly to https://ideas.userzoom.com/.
- Log in.
