  • The UserZoom Chatbot is your go-to resource for questions when you're in the UserZoom platform.
  • Located at the bottom right-hand corner of the platform, the Chatbot is available for any and all questions you may have.
For example, you can ask the bot about recruiting or moderated testing.
  • If you need further help, the bot can put you in touch with a support agent over chat or raise a ticket for you.
  • Need a break from the daily grind? Ask the Chatbot to give you a fun fact.
