Use these steps to show Question Bullets in your Questionnaire.

- Go to the Study Builder section of your study.
- Click Look & Feel
in the left menu.
- Go to the Study Layout tab.
- Click Show More Options.
- Under Show, check Question Layout.
- Select Bulleted List.
- Click Save.
You can also show question numbering.
