Use these steps to show an Exit Button or Exit Link in your study.

Plan Availability: Essentials, Professional, International, and Premium

About Exit Button and Exit Links

  • An Exit Button or Exit Link in your study allows participants to close the study and not take part in it.
  • Exit Links can't be removed from the Initial Questionnaire of a Live Intercept project.

 

 

Show an Exit Link in a Survey

  1. Go to the Study Builder section of your study.
  2. Click Look & Feel look_and_feel_icon.jpg in the left menu.
  3. Go to the Study Layout tab.
  4. Click Show More Options.
  5. Under Show, check Exit Link.

  6. Click Save.

 

 

Show an Exit Button or Exit Link in a Site Intercept

  1. Go to the Study Builder section of your study.
  2. Click Look & Feel look_and_feel_icon.jpg in the left menu.
  3. Go to the Site Intercept tab.
  4. Click Show More Options.
  5. Under Exit Options, choose one of the following:
    • Exit Button and Link: Gives participants the option to click the No button or the Close [x] link at the right top corner of the Site Intercept.
    • Exit Button: Gives participants the option to click the No button in the Site Intercept.
    • Exit Link: Gives participants the option to click the Close [x] link at the right top corner of the Site Intercept.

  6. Click Save.
