Use Insights Discovery to ask, “What do we know about [your topic]?” and uncover relevant data. Explore the Data tab to identify trends and themes emerging in your app reviews, inspiring new research ideas. Access past research in the Reports section to see if relevant findings already exist. -
Accelerate analysis & synthesis
Focus Insights Discovery on specific tests and ask the tool your project’s research questions. This gives you a huge head start on your analysis and synthesis process. UserTesting Reports complement your tagging and clipping process; you can now easily pull in matching clips, tags, and highlight reels into your reports from the “Add clips & highlight reels” option in the report’s toolbar. -
Streamline reporting
Quickly add charts, videos, and other evidence to your reports using the “Add to report” button. Collaborate in real-time with your team using the “multiplayer” report editor, where every change is reflected in real time and is auto-saved. -
Collaborate & control visibility
Open discussions around your findings with in-report comments. Use @mentions to engage your team and resolve comments to stay organized. Keep reports private until they’re ready to be shared more broadly. -
Align & present
Share insights with stakeholders using the Copy link button or present directly in Presenter mode to cut down the time spent building slide decks and speed up discussions and decisions. - Monitor impactTrack the success of your research and improvements by monitoring whether you’ve positively impacted the themes and ratings in your app’s reviews over the previous days and months.
