Forgot password

1. Go to the sign-in page.
2. Click Forgot my password.
   
   
    
3. Enter your email address, then select Continue.
   Note: If you don't recall the email address associated with your account, contact the UserTesting Support team for assistance.
   
   
    
4. Look for an email from noreply at Okta.com at your registered email address with instructions on how to update your password.
   
   

Update password

1. Log in to your account.
2. Select Settings from your account menu (your initials).
   
    
3. Find the Edit password section.
   Note: If you have single sign-on (SSO) authentication, this Edit password section will be absent from the Settings tab. If you have such authentication, go to the Security tab to activate/deactivate SSO.
    
4. Under Reset your password, select Send email.
   
5. Check your inbox at the email address shown on screen for a reset link and instructions.
   
6. Follow the link in the email to set your new password.
   
   
   
   

Create a UserTesting account

If you're interested in setting up an account with UserTesting, you can request a trial to start the process. 

Note: If your team already has a subscription to UserTesting and you want to access the platform, contact the account administrator to be added and assigned a seat.

1. Go to the sign-in page.
2. Choose the Create an account option to view the UserTesting subscription plans.
