Use these steps if you have forgotten your password, need to update your password, or create a UserTesting account. |

On this page:
Forgot password
- Go to the sign-in page.
- Click Forgot my password.
- Enter your email address, then select Reset my password.
Note: If you don't recall the email address associated with your account, contact the UserTesting Support team for assistance.
- Look for an email at your registered email address with instructions to update your password.
Update password
- Log in to your account.
- Select Settings from your account menu (your initials).
- Find the Edit password section.
Note: If you have single sign-on (SSO) authentication, this Edit password section will be absent from the Settings tab. If you have such authentication, go to the Security tab to activate/deactivate SSO. - Input your current password as verification.
Note: If you don't remember your password, see the above instructions for Forgot password. - Enter your new password.
- Select Update to save changes.
Create a UserTesting account
If you're interested in setting up an account with UserTesting, you can request a trial to start the process.
Note: If your team already has a subscription to UserTesting and you want to access the platform, contact the administrator on the account to be added and assigned a seat.
- Go to the sign-in page.
- Choose the Create an account option to view the UserTesting subscription plans.
