Password help (UserTesting)

Use these steps if you have forgotten your password, need to update your password, or create a UserTesting account.

Forgot password

  1. Go to the sign-in page.
  2. Click Forgot my password.

  3. Enter your email address, then select Reset my password.
    Note: If you don't recall the email address associated with your account, contact the UserTesting Support team for assistance.

  4. Look for an email at your registered email address with instructions to update your password.

 

 

Update password

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select Settings from your account menu (your initials).

  3. Find the Edit password section.
    Note: If you have single sign-on (SSO) authentication, this Edit password section will be absent from the Settings tab. If you have such authentication, go to the Security tab to activate/deactivate SSO.Screen_Shot_2022-06-22_at_3.31.50_PM.png
  4. Input your current password as verification.
    Note: If you don't remember your password, see the above instructions for Forgot password.
  5. Enter your new password.
  6. Select Update to save changes.

 

 

Create a UserTesting account

If you're interested in setting up an account with UserTesting, you can request a trial to start the process. 

Note: If your team already has a subscription to UserTesting and you want to access the platform, contact the administrator on the account to be added and assigned a seat.

  1. Go to the sign-in page.
  2. Choose the Create an account option to view the UserTesting subscription plans.
