UserTesting University provides help articles and live and on-demand educational training courses to help users succeed on the UserTesting platform. |
UserTesting University consists of three main properties:
- The Knowledge Base is open-access and contains articles to help you use the UserTesting, UserZoom, and EnjoyHQ platforms for all your feedback needs. You are in the Knowledge Base right now!
- The Training site requires a login and provides access to live and on-demand training courses on the UserTesting and UserZoom platforms. These courses allow you to explore deeper ways of collecting insights and building a customer-centric organization.
- The CommUnity requires a login and gives you access to peer forums about UserTesting and UX research, as well as daily challenges and rewards. UserZoom customers: CommUnity access is coming soon!
If your company is already using UserTesting, coordinate with the team that has your UserTesting license. They can add you as a Viewer so that you can see some of the platform and also enroll in our training content.
