Jumpstart FAQ

What is the Jumpstart series?

The Jumpstart Series consists of instructor-led and on-demand training courses and resources for individuals to get started on the UserTesting, UserZoom, and EnjoyHQ platforms, develop best practices, and build skills with confidence.

Who would benefit most from the Jumpstart series?

  • All new customers
  • New users at existing customers
  • Users in need of a refresh

Is there an extra cost associated with Jumpstart?

No, all Jumpstart courses are included with any active subscription.

How do I complete the Jumpstart series?

The Jumpstart series is considered completed when customers have taken the Platform skills portion of the course, with the Research skills portion as optional. This can be through a combination of live and on-demand, all on-demand, or all live sessions. The Jumpstart Admin and other role-specific courses are optional.

How do I register for Jumpstart?

You can register within UserTesting University here.

Should I take the live class or the on-demand course?

All new customers and new users should be advised to take Jumpstart as it is an essential part of their onboarding journey. Our Jumpstart live, virtual sessions are best for those who prefer an interactive, instructor-led training experience; whereas on-demand courses are recommended for those who cannot attend live sessions or prefer to learn at their own pace, on their own time. The chart below lists the on-demand and live course equivalents, as well as time involved.

I missed my live Jumpstart course. What should I do?

We recommend that you register for the next available session that fits your schedule. Or, if there are no additional sessions that fit your schedule, check out our on-demand courses (see the chart above to determine which on-demand courses should be taken).

Are recordings of the Jumpstart live series available?

At the present time, we are not offering recordings of the Jumpstart live series. The live series is meant to be an interactive experience and best consumed in person. If you would like to learn more at your own pace, the on-demand courses are specifically designed just for that.

I'm having trouble registering or logging in to the live session. What should I do?
