Workspace Pages

• View of tests, drafts, and reels are on a single page with a thumbnail-like format.
• Content is displayed in priority of recent engagement to show active tests and insights.
• Available on all plans.

Hidden Workspaces

• Allow account administrators to set the visibility of a workspace, hiding it from general visibility within the account to non-members.
• Integrate multiple teams, or external clients, into one account while providing centralized administration of how tests are conducted or how Session Units are spent.
• Available on Advanced, Ultimate, and Premium subscriptions.

Highlight Reel Enhancements

• Add descriptions to the beginning of highlight reels.
• Improved mobile responsiveness for highlight reel viewing.
• Available on all plans.

Mobile Card Sorting 

• Easily set up different types of card sorting tasks - closed, open, hybrid - directly in the UserTesting Platform and capture feedback from mobile-only contributors.
• Included in the Ultimate subscription plan and available as an add-on for Advanced, Premium, and Professional subscription plans.

Screener Guidance

• Identify which screener questions are slowing down test fulfillment by reviewing the pass rate for each screener.
• Edit and broaden screeners with low pass rates to ensure that tests fill more quickly.

Security and Privacy Certifications

• In 2022, UserTesting was certified as compliant with SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 27701.

• SOC 2 Type 2 focuses on how organizations manage customer data based on Trust Services Criteria. UserTesting has been certified as SOC 2 Type 2 compliant for the 3rd year in a row, and in 2022 was certified without any exceptions.
• ISO 27001 is an international standard for managing information security. UserTesting was one of just 451 organizations in the US tech sector in 2022 to be certified as ISO 27001-compliant. UserTesting has been certified as ISO 27001 compliant for the 2nd year in a row.
• ISO 27701 is an international standard for managing privacy. ISO 27701 maps to the requirements under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other privacy laws. UserTesting has been certified as ISO 27701 compliant.
