Manage Customer Properties

  • To manage and modify Customer properties, go to the Customer properties section of the Settings menu.
  • Add, edit, or delete manual Customer Properties (created by Admins).
  • Imported Customer Properties (created by integrations) can also be enabled or hidden.

Search, filter, and visualize Customer Properties

  • Customer Properties can be used to search and filter your data, and matching Customer Properties will also be suggested when text is entered in the search box.
  • To use Customer Properties as a search filter, select Properties under the PEOPLE section.
  • Then configure the rest of your search query using various search operators and conditions.
  • Customer Properties can also be used to visualize trends with Charts and Dashboards.

Use Customer Properties with integrations

  • Integrations connected to EnjoyHQ will import customer feedback along with additional contextual attributes. For example, personas, occupations, industries, usage behaviors, demographics, environmental conditions, etc.

  • Depending on the integration and its configuration, this additional information will be imported either as Customer Properties associated with Customer Profiles or as Metadata.

  • Customer Properties and Metadata can be used as filter facets when searching your data or for visualizing data trends with Charts.

  • When importing Customer Properties, the customer's email address is used as the unique identifier to connect all associated feedback to a given Customer Profile.

  •

Customer Properties can be imported when connecting the following integrations:

    • CheckMarket
    • Delighted
    • Drift
    • Intercom

    • Salesforce

    • Typeform

    • Zendesk
  • You can also use our API to import Customer Properties into EnjoyHQ.

Company Properties

  • If a Customer Property is prefixed with "Company.", EnjoyHQ will treat those as Company Properties, which can be used to add context about the customer's organization.

  • All Customer Properties with this same prefix will be grouped in their own section in Customer Profiles.

  • In addition, if the Company.Name Customer Property is used, that value is used as the customer's Company Name.
