To hide a workspace, follow these steps:
- Click the account switcher from the navigation menu on your dashboard and choose Manage workspaces.
- Click the Create workspaces button.
- Give the workspace a name, then select Hidden workspace.
-
Add team members: Click the Options (...) menu next to the workspace and select Add team members. You can add team members as Workspace Owners or Collaborators to your hidden workspace.
Note: Unlike private workspaces, hidden workspaces are not visible to all users on the account. They are visible only to Admins and any workspace members or owners you designate.
- Change visibility settings: Click the Options (...) menu next to the workspace and select Settings. Then, you can change the workspace's visibility to hidden, private, or open.
