Step 1
Begin by selecting the New button on the UserTesting dashboard and choose Schedule a live conversation.
Step 2
Since you will be providing your own contributors, choose to reach your audience by sending them a link by selecting Create link.
Step 3
At this step, you will select the times you would like to conduct interviews. Click Provide availability.
Click Done which will appear at the bottom of the page.
Click on Launch and get link.
Step 4
Next, select Copy schedule link.
Copy that link, paste it into an incognito browser window, and schedule the session. If scheduling more than one, you will need to repeat this step until all the focus group sessions are scheduled.
Step 5
To create meeting invites, click on Actions. To invite observers, under Actions click on Invite colleagues. A link will populate for you to share with team members you want to join the session as observers (not participate in the discussion).
To invite people to participate in the discussion, select the Actions menu and choose the Get contributor link. A link will populate for you to share.
