- Hidden workspaces give you the administrative controls you need to seamlessly integrate all of your clients into one UserTesting account while ensuring users only know about the workspaces they have permission for.
- If your organization manages sensitive information, such as healthcare or finance, you can hide workspaces from non-workspace members.
- Watch our video to learn more about how to use the different types of workspaces:
How to hide a workspace
- Click the account switcher from the navigation menu on your dashboard and choose Manage workspaces.
- Click the Create workspaces button.
- Give the workspace a name, then select Hidden workspace.
-
Add team members: Click the Options (...) menu next to the workspace and select Add team members. You can add team members as Workspace Owners or Collaborators to your hidden workspace.
Note: Unlike private workspaces, hidden workspaces are not visible to all users on the account. They are visible only to Admins and any workspace members or owners you designate. - Change visibility settings: Click the Options (...) menu next to the workspace and select Settings. Then, you can change the workspace's visibility to hidden, private, or open.
