  • If your organization manages sensitive information, such as healthcare or finance, you can hide workspaces from non-workspace members.
  • Watch our video to learn more about how to use the different types of workspaces:

How to hide a workspace

  1. Click the account switcher from the navigation menu on your dashboard and choose Manage workspaces.

  4. Add team members: Click the Options (...) menu next to the workspace and select Add team members. You can add team members as Workspace Owners or Collaborators to your hidden workspace.
Note: Unlike private workspaces, hidden workspaces are not visible to all users on the account. They are visible only to Admins and any workspace members or owners you designate.
