On this page:

Timing of Platform Downtime

UserZoom will be unavailable for up to 12 hours, starting at 7:00 a.m. UTC on Saturday, November 21, 2026. Timing in your location will vary:

  • New York: Saturday, November 21, 2 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • London: Saturday, November 21, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Sydney: Saturday, November 21, 6 p.m. to Sunday, November 22, 6 a.m.

What to Expect

  • You will not be able to log in, build or launch studies, or view results.
  • Participants will not be able to access or take tests, so live studies won’t collect new sessions during this window.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to maintain your experience with UserZoom. If you have any immediate concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to contact your account or support team.

Thank you for your continued partnership.
