chrome 5.2.2.65 - March 31, 2020

Recently, UserZoom released a new video recording system providing better quality recordings. This involved many changes in the way that the UserZoom Surveys extension records the participants’ browser window, audio and camera inputs. In addition to recording Navigation tasks, the new extension allows to record also the whole study (i.e. including all task types and questionnaires). Thus, the release of a new extension was necessary.

There have been no modifications regarding the tracking component of the Chrome extension. For more information regarding what exactly is collected during a study, you can refer to the extensions’ pages on the Chrome Web Store that can be found above.
