Use these steps to find participants in the Participants List. Use the search field at the top of the Participants List to look for participants based on any of the information available in the list (including hidden columns).

Simple search
Participants that don't match your search criteria are filtered out as you type.
- Go to the Results section of your project.
- Click Participants List on the menu on the left.
- Type the information you want to find in the Search box.
Pro tip
You can see how many participants match your search in the note below the search field:
All Participants - Search Results for: [Your search pattern] - [Number of participants that match]
Advanced search
To see who took the study during a specific period of time, follow these steps:
- Define a range using the Start Date (in:start) or the End Date (in:end) as shown below:
in:start from:YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM am/pm to:YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM am/pm
in:end from:YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM am/pm to:YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM am/pm
Note: HH:MM am/pm is optional. - Click Enter.
Remove a filter
To remove a search filter, click the X to the right of the search field. This restores the full Participants List.
